During the past decades, the necessities of the inhabitants of Venice have been changing.
On one hand, the old industry of Murano is not relevant anymore in the whole area.
The industry has evolved into a bigger and newer one, and along the years, it has developed towards the Terraferma. On the other hand, the transport in the lagoon is not an effective system anymore, and is focusing on the connexion of the Terraferma with the main city of Venice.
The project focuses on various points like Mobility in the Lagoon, the bikeway network, new activities in the lagoon and it’s park.
