C_ARTU’ – MATHERY

Two layers of sepia corrugated cardboard, 15 folds and 3 glue points together add up to 600 grams of a load-bearing structure.
C’artu` is a seat with royal features, characterized by strategic die-cuts that allow a pop-up transformation from 2D to 3D through a few simple maneuvers. It is easy to transport thanks to a handle bar cropped onto one of the two long sides.
When folded, this takes the form of a handbag thanks to a wire rope and a button that keep it closed therefore allowing it to occupy a minimum space.
It is supersuperlight and melts if it gets wet!
