5 days Roland Snooks workshop in ADDLAB – DAY 3 and 4
From a partnership between CityVision and the Aalto University Digital Design Laboratory a digital diary about the 5 days Roland Snooks workshop made by our CityVision collaborator Golnaz Ebrahimi with Marko Margetta.
Aalto University Digital Design Laboratory (ADD) is a research organization jointly initiated by the university’s school of Engineering and the school of Arts, Design and Architecture.
ADD explores the potential of digital design and manufacturing technologies for changing our material environment by forming multidisciplinary, design-driven research and development projects together with Alto University researchers and the industry. This project-driven, applied research activity is supported by lectures and courses, as well as state of the art technical infrastructure for digital design and manufacturing.
CityVision is an architecture laboratory with the aim of generating a dialogue between the contemporary city and its future image. It’s a way to explore the reality and the future of architectural design thanks to an editorial project, CityVision magazine; the organization of international architecture competition, CityVision competition; events and lectures, CityVision events. CityVision is a place to invent, experiment and generate new ideas, a space in continuous evolution, as the urban environment itself.
